This site is written in Cold Fusion MX with Javascript for client side interaction and uses a Microsoft Access Database.

Site Features

  • Database of books for sale.
  • Prices in £GB, $US and Euros with automatic update of exchange rate and all $US prices overnight.
  • Review system where users can give the books a score out of 5.
  • Message Board, Mailing List.
  • Press Reviews.
  • Shopping Basket System.
  • Credit card processing through World Pay.
  • Customer Login area to edit personal details and view past orders.
  • Large content management system. This includes visitor tracker and navigation information including which search engines visitors come from, review approval system, message board management, and book and press review management.
