We normally ship within 24 hours of receiving an order.
Postage costs: £3.00 flat rate UK and Europe, £4.00 rest of the world.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days in the same condition in which you received it, and we will refund the purchase price in full.

We try to give the best possible service from here in Devon, England, and normally we send out book and card orders by post within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order, except on Sundays and National Holidays.  

Please check the website for titles that are out of stock.  

In the event of damage during transit or a faulty book or card, please contact us first and then return the book(s) or card(s), and we will replace them and refund the postage. This must be done within 10 days of receipt of order.  

In the event that a book or card is suddenly out of print, we will advise you immediately and you have the option to wait for new supplies or a refund.  

We guarantee that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt in the same condition as when you received it. We will refund your money together with the postage.  

Pay Pal. We use this service as it is one of the most trusted and recognised worldwide payment services. When you have chosen your book(s) or card(s) add them to the basket and fill in your details on the form and submit to Pay Pal. If you are purchasing from a country outside the UK, Pay Pal will automatically convert the cost of your purchase into you own currency. They will then send you and us an e-mail to confirm the details of your order.  

We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
