A brilliant & simple set of projects for a variety of practical devices that any small holder can make up or modify. I thought the gate design without mortice a particulalry clever solution and will be epmloyed making up a graden gate. A goat shed will be next on the list of projects to have a go at. I love this book. It doesn't just tell you what to do but explains why to do it. It was more like "being shown the ropes" by an experienced neighbour than being lectured by an expert. Invaluable. (Posted on 25/06/2009)
