Speedy and efficient delivery following my order. The book itself is comprehensive and full but not overaweing. I had no idea about athe vast array of afflictions that can befall chickens. Delighted that my own hens were not suffering from any of the maladies listed other than worms which we duly treated. Now being in possesion of the invaluable information in the book I feel more confident and assured. Hens are happier too!
